Responsabilities:

  • Contribute to the design, development, evolution, and maintenance of our distributed applications and legacy systems;
  • Develop APIs, microservices, and integrated applications connected to Microsoft Dynamics 365;
  • Share ideas regarding architecture and technology choices;
  • Ensure the quality of delivered code through testing and code reviews;
  • Produce relevant documentation for various applications;
  • Provide application support to users.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Completed education: Bachelor's degree, College Diploma (DEC), or AEC with demonstrated experience;
  • Bilingualism (French/English – intermediate level) required due to the organization's nationwide operations and the need for effective communication across different regions;
  • Ability to work efficiently both remotely and on-site;
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently or as part of a team;
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction;
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to quality work to support the ongoing evolution of applications.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency with Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code development environments;
  • Strong expertise in microservices development using .NET 6+ (C#);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and SSMS or Azure Data Studio;
  • Proficiency in web technologies: Vue 3.0 (Vue.js), HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and JSON;
  • Experience developing with containers (Docker);
  • Strong understanding of automated deployment principles (CI/CD) using Azure DevOps;
  • Production experience and knowledge of event-driven development;
  • Production experience and knowledge of queue-based systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
