PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Public Area Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Public Area Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness in guest corridors, public areas, service landings, stairwells, and staff facilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensure all guest corridors are neat & all Public Spaces, vacuumed, and dusted regularly.

• Clean and maintain mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors to be free of marks and smudges.

• Sweep, mop, and dust service elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage rooms.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in Front of House, Back of House and staff areas, including locker rooms, pantries, and service corridors.

• Perform cleaning duties in off-site work areas as assigned.

• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.

• Follow all health and safety regulations and company standards.

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

• Strong Customer Service skills

• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• A valid US Driver’s License

• This role includes off-site work and requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
