Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) temporaire qui est dynamique et polyvalent(e) dans le domaine de la construction pour soutenir une équipe d'ingénieurs, chargés de projets et estimateurs, le service de la comptabilité ainsi que la direction.
C'est un contrat temporaire qui débute en novembre.

Responsibilities
Gestion du courrier et des communications :
- Traitement, impression et distribution du courrier postal et des courriels
- Réservation ponctuelle de services d'expédition/courrier.
- Prise d'appels téléphoniques (faible volume).
Support administratif et gestion documentaire :
- Saisie de données, révision, mise en page, correction, impression et reliure de documents.
- Préparation des documents et formulaires de soumission.
- Ouverture des dossiers administratifs pour les nouveaux contrats et gestion des procès-verbaux.
- Envoi de la documentation contractuelle aux clients.
- Émission des certificats d'assurance clients
- Numérotation et envoi des bons de commande d'achat (PO) pour les ingénieurs.
Support à la comptabilité et facturation :
- Émission et envoi des factures après validation et suivi de la suite numérique.
- Suivi et émission des quittances.
- Saisie et suivi dans une base de données Excel des factures/paiements de diesel (pour réclamations de taxes).
- Classement et ouverture des dossiers fournisseurs.
Gestion de bureau et logistique :
- Production de copies et impressions sur demande.
- Gestion de l'inventaire et des commandes (fournitures de bureau, formulaires, cartouches d'encre).
Qualifications
- Bilinguisme parfait (Français / Anglais) obligatoire (oral et écrit).
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (particulièrement Excel et Word).
- Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et souci du détail.
- Esprit d'équipe et autonomie.
- Word intermédiaire/avancé
- Adobe PDF Writer
- Excel intermédiaire
- Formation collégiale (AEC ou DEC) en technique de secrétariat et bureautique
- Expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans un poste similaire
- Une combinaison formation et expérience jugée satisfaisante ne sera pas exclue
