About the Role

We are currently seeking organized and dependable individuals for an entry level Customer Service & Administrative Support Assistant opportunity. This role is well suited to candidates who are comfortable communicating clearly, following written instructions, reviewing information carefully, and completing routine support tasks with accuracy and consistency.

This position combines customer service support, administrative assistance, data entry, online workflow coordination, and general office support. Training is provided for qualified applicants, and the role is structured to help candidates build experience while developing strong day to day work habits.

Applicants with experience in customer service, retail, reception, hospitality, front desk support, call centre support, office administration, data entry, or other service focused roles are encouraged to apply. The position is a good fit for individuals who are patient, organized, detail oriented, and able to handle customer or participant information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service & Administrative Support Assistant will help support routine customer service, feedback, and office related tasks. Responsibilities can include:
• Reviewing customer, participant, or project related information for accuracy and completeness
• Supporting customer service and client feedback projects by organizing responses, comments, and submitted details
• Reading written instructions carefully and completing assigned tasks according to provided guidelines
• Entering information into online forms, templates, spreadsheets, or tracking sheets
• Reviewing names, dates, contact details, submitted answers, and other information for accuracy
• Helping organize feedback from surveys, service evaluations, product reviews, and client related projects
• Providing structured feedback to support client projects and research assignments
• Participating in guided client evaluations and completing form based assessments
• Recording reactions, preferences, observations, and responses clearly and accurately
• Researching company websites, checking business information online, and verifying whether details are current
• Supporting routine office related processes through accurate and consistent task completion
• Communicating clearly in writing when completing forms, notes, feedback, or project related responses

Requirements

Qualified applicants should be comfortable with basic computer based tasks, written communication, and routine support responsibilities. Requirements include:

• Reliable computer or laptop
• Stable internet connection
• Ability to follow written instructions carefully
• Comfort using email, web browsers, online forms, and basic web based tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review work for accuracy
