Our Workday team is looking for a professional like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference.
What you will do
- Take a lead role delivering engagements.
- Deliver engagements under the direction of Senior Leadership
- Contribute to business development actives (i.e. proposal development)
- Manage project teams, including the overall performance and delivery of large / cross-functional Workday HCM / FM implementations.
- Develop and deliver detailed project plans, budgets, and task management strategies in order to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain standard project documentation including; project plans, agendas, action items lists, deliverables and ensure adherence to company Project Management Standards and Software Development Lifecycle best practices.
- Work alongside Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, Managers, and Implementation Partners to determine scope, planning estimates resource allocations and ultimate success criteria for Workday HCM / FM implementations.
- Lead project(s) ensuring adherence to the established project methodologies, standards, tools, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Work with business partners to develop concepts, requirements, design alternatives, work effort estimates, project schedules and costs for implementation
- Provide production cutover / transition support and production support assistance
What you bring to the role
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $100,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
