Job descriptionPrepare, issue, and track client invoices; follow up on payments and vendor accounts. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with project budgeting and reporting. Process subcontractor requisitions, invoices, and payments in line with project schedules. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to resolve billing and documentation issues. Support project teams with contracts, proposals, additional service requests, and closeout documents. Assist with project setup, scheduling, and internal coordination meetings. Provide general administrative support, including document control and record management. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Project Management (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in accounting or administration within the design or construction industry. Strong knowledge of accounting processes and familiarity with project contracts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while supporting a team environment.
