Maintenance Manager duties and responsibilities include:
Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
Be involved with planning and implementing major rebuilds
Manage on-site contractors
Ensure that all health, safety and environmental policies are followed
Drives operational performance through initiative, coaching, training, delegation and accountability in addressing opportunities and problems.
Develop the annual maintenance budget and forecasts and assist with Capital Expenditure Budgeting proposals.
