Job description

Position: Kitchen Crew Location: Revelstoke, BC Job Type: Permanent Full-time and Permanent Part-time Shifts: Days, Evenings, and Weekends Hours Per Week: Up to 40 Language: English Wages & Growth This role offers more than just a starting wage.

  • • New Hire: $18.50/hour • Fully Trained: $18.75/hour • Advanced: $19/hour • Cross-Trained: $19.25/hour • Shift Leader: $19.50/hour Benefits include an optional, employee‑contributed single or family Medical and Dental Benefit plan comprising Pharmaceuticals, Hospital Care, Paramedical Services, Medical Equipment, Travel Coverage, Vision Care, Basic and Optional Life Insurance, along with an optional, employee‑contributed Group RRSP.

Your Role As a Kitchen Crew team member, you’ll help prepare the food guests love while keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and learning valuable skills in a supportive environment.

What We Offer • Clear wage increases through training and skill development • Paid, on‑the‑job training • Flexible schedules • Opportunities to grow into cross‑trained and leadership roles • Employee discounts • Medical and dental benefits for eligible team members Who You Are • Energetic, reliable, and enjoy hands‑on work • Take pride in doing things right • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment • Willing to learn new skills and help where needed • Available 15–40 hours per week Duties & Responsibilities Food Preparation & Cooking • Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards • Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently • Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods Kitchen Operations • Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently • Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations • Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team Cleanliness & Safety • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures • Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils • Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience Teamwork • Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members • Communicate clearly during rush periods • Support a positive, respectful workplace Why Join Us?
