About the Role :
The Director IT will play a critical role overseeing the day-to-day support as well as strategic initiatives related to IT across the business. Overseeing a small team, the Director must be able to play a hands-on role, providing day-to-day support, as well as developing the overall IT strategy for the organization and driving value added technology solutions across the business.
This position represents an opportunity to design and implement an IT strategy that meets the organization’s unique needs. The Director will optimize the integration of IT functions and ensure seamless collaboration with external partners for advanced support. Additionally, the Director will lead governance initiatives, manage cybersecurity programs, and oversee key projects such as system upgrades, IT audits, and streamlining support processes. Managing and improving help desk and IT support operations will be a key focus, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and service levels are consistently maintained.
Who You Are :
The ideal candidate is an IT leader with strong generalist knowledge and great people skills. Their experience should include improving help desk and IT support processes, ensuring efficient workflows, and overseeing projects such as ERP administration and the implementation of new tools. The candidate should be adept at managing change, building processes, documenting systems, and implementing training programs to ensure seamless transitions. Ideally, they would have worked in an environment where they’ve learned best practices but are able to be highly flexible and pragmatic in their approach in working within a smaller organization.

The base compensation range for this position is targeted between $160-180k plus bonus and benefits. The exact compensation range may vary depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
