Machine Shop Supervisor (Rotary Die)

Excellent position on offer for a Machine Shop Supervisor looking to relocate to Cornwall, Ontario where you will be joining an industry leading manufacturer where you will be given the opportunity to progress through the ranks to management.
This is an ideal role for somebody looking to work in a pivotal role where you will be overseeing a team of operators and working on brand-new state of the art equipment.
This independently owned company are a market leading manufacturer who are renowned in the industry for innovation, quality and customer service, they serve a wide variety of industries and work with a number of blue-chip clients. As a result of rapid expansion, they are looking to bring on a Machine Shop Supervisor to help the company move forward.
In this role you will be supervising a team of machine operators, you will be training new staff on brand-new rotary die cutters, as well as preforming routine maintenance, machine set-up and monitor quality and productivity. You will be recognized as the go-to person within the facility.
The ideal candidate will be Machine Shop Supervisor looking to relocate to Cornwall, you must have rotary die cut experience and must be looking for a long-term role and want to progress within this organization.
The Role :
- Days based role
- Monitor quality and productivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues
- 25 - $30 + Specialist Training + Promotion to Supervisor + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
