Très bonne maîtrise de la suite Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) et expérience pratique du matériel de bureau (imprimante, système de gestion des badges, etc) Capacité de traiter l’information sensible et confidentielle avec professionnalisme.

- Réceptionner les appels téléphoniques ainsi que les messages vocaux et les acheminer aux personnes appropriées;
- Gérer l’adresse courriel générique de Creaform et transférer aux personnes appropriées;
- Accueillir, aider ou diriger adéquatement les visiteurs, les fournisseurs, les employés et autres personnes, en respectant les règles de sécurité Creaform;
- Répondre aux questions d’ordre général et aux demandes de renseignements;
- S’assurer de maintenir les lieux communs propres, rangés et accueillants, et assurer la maintenance de la machine à café – elle occupe une place centrale dans la vie du bureau;
- Commander le matériel de bureau et de fruits frais mis à la disposition des employés, et tenir à jour les inventaires;
- S’occuper de la réception et de l’expédition de colis divers et du courrier;
- Contrôler l’accès des visiteurs et assurer la gestion des cartes d’accès du bâtiment;
- Contribuer à l’efficacité de l’équipe en fournissant un soutien administratif, ou encore un appui dans les évènements internes
- Au besoin, assumer des responsabilités et des tâches supplémentaires, et participer à des projets spéciaux.
