Job description

The Financial Process Analyst is responsible for executing and delivering comprehensive analyses of financial processes within the organization.

The ideal candidate will primarily work on projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, identifying and mitigating risks, and enhancing productivity. Projects will involve mapping and analyzing financial processes, conducting fit-gap analyses, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and overall performance within Intelcom. To succeed in this multidisciplinary role, you must have strong financial analysis skills, excellent knowledge of business processes, and an ability to adapt to a rapidly growing company. Most importantly, the successful candidate will be a collaborative player, engaging with various stakeholders across the firm, while maintaining a curious and driven personality to ensure the success of their role.

Process Understanding and Documentation :

  • Conduct internal interviews and ask questions to understand the current financial processes, both accounting and operational.
  • Document the current state of financial processes in detailed process workflows .

Analysis and Improvement :

  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, areas for improvement, and risks within financial processes.
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses to pinpoint current process issues and recommend improvements.
  • Design and implement optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
  • Document and present findings in an organized and clear manner.
  • Collaboration and Support :

  • Work closely with various teams within the organization to gather requirements and ensure alignment on proposed changes.
  • Support the adoption of new processes and changes across the organization.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of changes and identify further improvement opportunities.
  • Continuously seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve processes.
  • Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, supply chain, or a related business field
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in similar functions.
  • Motivated to learn, with a natural analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Technical skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PWP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of process mapping platforms (Visio, Draw io, etc.).
  • Excel Level - Intermediate : Pivot Table, Formulas (If, Sum.if, Concat).
