AtkinsRéalis is currently seeking a Senior Industrial Process Engineer for its Montreal office.

Your Role

As a Senior Industrial Process Engineer you will :

Determine specific project requirements establish the scope of work and identify steps and timelines for completion;

Perform design and calculations related to project needs;

Provide technical support to other project managers when required;

Draft specifications and technical reports;

Coordinate between various stakeholders both internal (AtkinsRéalis) and external (clients and other engineering firms);

Represent the company to the client;

Provide technical expertise to clients;

Offer technical support during construction work;

Perform any other tasks related to these functions.

About You

Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Process Engineering or related field;

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in heavy industrial processes;

Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ);

Strong knowledge of the industrial sector;

Ability to meet specified budgets schedules and quality requirements for projects and the company;

Proficiency in process flow diagrams (PFD) piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) and heat and material balances (HMB);

Knowledge and experience in risk studies (HAZID HAZOP LOPA What-If);

Asset : Knowledge of renewable energy processes (hydrogen production carbon capture).
