Job Purpose
GSK is looking to hire a Territory Manager, Vaccines to join our Vaccines business. This role is field-based and reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. This position covers the London, ON territory.

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for executing strategic business plans that drive customer engagement and maximize the value of GSK’s innovative portfolio. You will lead business development initiatives, foster meaningful customer relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies. Your ability to demonstrate business acumen, communicate effectively, and work autonomously will be critical to success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), marketing, and other internal partners, to support GSK’s mission to help Canadians do more, feel better, and live longer.

Details (Your Responsibilities)

  • Developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets within your assigned territory

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support their needs and improve patient outcomes

  • Communicating product information effectively and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs

  • Using data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize territory performance

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and achieve business goals

  • Managing resources effectively to create value for customers and drive business success

  • Ensuring all activities align with internal compliance and regulatory standards


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform strategy and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare industry

  • Experience selling to specialists or running key account activities

  • Proven ability to create and execute territory business plans

  • Skills interpreting scientific data and translating it for customers

  • Comfort with omnichannel engagement methods and digital customer interactions

  • Strong analytical skills to use data for decision-making

  • A local presence in Ontario and familiarity with the region’s healthcare system

The annual compensation for this role is CAD86,000 to CAD136,000 , determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
