The Country Day School Associate Faculty Position - Science Focus Commencing September 2024 The Country Day School (CDS) is currently seeking an Associate Faculty member for our Middle and Senior Schools with a focus in our Science Department.
Applicants are required to have Ontario Teacher Certification (preferably, with Intermediate / Senior Science qualifications), and some understanding of the independent school system will be considered an asset.
The curriculum at CDS is balanced, with extensive athletic, arts and extra-curricular programs. In addition to the relevant education and experience, candidates must be willing to become involved in all facets of school life.
The ideal candidate will be one whose teaching practice fully aligns with our academic vision to provide an intellectually challenging, diversified and balanced program that is learner-centred and delivered through a supportive and caring community dedicated to meeting the individual learning needs of all its students.
