We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CNC & Industrial Automation Technician to join our maintenance team and support two manufacturing facilities. This role is critical to improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and strengthening internal technical capabilities.

A PIVOTAL ROLE ON A LARGE TEAM.

The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and maintain CNC equipment (Homag, Biesse, IMA)
  • Diagnose PLC systems (Siemens preferred)
  • Perform electrical and mechanical repairs
  • Support preventive maintenance programs
  • Improve equipment reliability and uptime
  • Train and support maintenance team members
  • Perform general facility maintenance as required
  • Represent, support, and uphold the company Core Values and Management Philosophy.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

To successfully meet this challenge, we are looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment, and pride with the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
  • Diagnose PLC systems (mandatory).
  • Strong CNC troubleshooting experience
  • Electrical troubleshooting (600V systems)
  • Ability to read schematics and drawings
  • Experience with Homag, Biesse, or IMA, preferred
  • Woodworking or cabinet manufacturing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CNC software (WoodWOP, BiesseWorks)preferred
