We are looking for a Programming Technical Lead to play a critical role in shaping cloud computing strategies within our Central Technologies group. This is a team that develops a collection of backend and frontend services to support and enhance multiple Behaviour games. This senior‑level position requires extensive experience and expertise in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and programming.

In this role you will :

• Analyze requirements and develop architectural plans to support both game and development services, in collaboration with the techinal director.
• Design, implement, and oversee cloud computing strategies and solutions for live game infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership, including conducting code reviews and mentoring junior team members.
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities like tasks estimates to meet project objectives.
• Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and meetings.
• Get hands‑on when necessary to unblock the development in difficult situations.
