Description : The Align Digital Platform is an integrated suite of proprietary technologies and services delivered as a seamless end-to‑end solution to customers, to transform smiles and change lives. With your commercial acumen and influencing skills the Digital Platform Territory Manager ("DPTM") will drive the sales of iTero intraoral scanners to orthodontists / general dentists and laboratory partners by applying comprehensive knowledge and expertise of our Digital Platform. Your primary goal is to expand the Align Digital Platform by building and leveraging influential relationships with customers to modernize their practices and provide high‑quality digital restorative, orthodontic and dental hygiene care to their patients. The successful candidate will use their strong needs‑based discovery and business knowledge to join our smart, diverse and fast‑moving team that is moving an industry forward, from analog to digital.
Role expectations
- Manage sales territory and be a business partner to your customers to modernize and grow their business including expansion of iTero intraoral scanners and ultimate adoption of Invisalign clear aligners
- Use insights / data / analytics combined with a proven consultative selling approach to challenge and drive customer decision making of the advantages to adopt new digital processes and tools
- Plan and execute a territory plan, based on understanding the potential in each account and actively prospecting and pursuing new iTero opportunities in assigned territory
- Partner with other Align sellers, clinical support, and dental laboratories within your territory to maximize customer experience and ongoing promotion of Align solutions
- Strategically partner with channel other Align sellers (i.e. Territory Managers), clinical partners, marketing and dental laboratories within your territory to maximize customer experience and to prioritize opportunities
- Orchestrate additional internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of Align / iTero solutions

Pay Transparency
If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically. For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
