You’ll be part of our pharmacy team committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients’ expectations. We seek friendly, knowledgeable, and professional individuals who will prioritize meeting the health needs of our patients.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing :

• Work within your assigned territory, demonstrating warmth, empathy, and compassion, acting in the patient’s best interest to achieve excellence in patient-centered care, customer service, workflow efficiencies, and professional clinical services (disease state management, medication reviews and adherence, health risk assessments, injections / vaccines).
• Provide patient counseling and education for new therapies, tailoring approaches to the needs and concerns of patients and caregivers, considering literacy, hearing loss, privacy, etc.
• Initiate care plans, follow up, and ensure proper documentation.
• Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent health and wellness services to all patients.
• Engage actively in all areas of Fusion to ensure seamless patient care and consistent pharmacy experiences across locations.
• Ensure prescription safety, prioritizing technical functions to Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as required.
• Thoroughly understand all relevant corporate pharmacy services and programs, providing each customer / patient with the most suitable options to meet their healthcare needs.
• Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy practices, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, attending training as necessary.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures (e.g., OHS, Loss Prevention, CQI).

What you have to offer :

The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $58.99 per hour. We consider factors such as your location, experience, skills, internal equity, and market conditions to ensure fair and competitive compensation.
