Job description

DUTIES

TRU’s Williams Lake campus is located approximately three hours northwest of Kamloops, in the heart of the scenic Cariboo region, on T’exelcemc territory within the unceded traditional lands of the Secwepemc Nation.

Our small, friendly and close-knit campus community is located within the city of Williams Lake, BC named in honor of Secwepemc Chief William. Here, you’ll enjoy a quiet and affordable lifestyle, with all the amenities of a larger center, and with four seasons of spectacular outdoor adventures in your own beautiful backyard. This region is rich in history and a plentiful selection of outdoor activities in untouched wilderness, from fishing one of the 4,500 lakes, hiking to mountain tops, to snowmobiling through fresh powder.

To teach NURS 2380 - Consolidated Practice Experience 2 - May11 to June 26, 2026 + a week for evaluations at the Williams Lake campus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s Degree required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
• Experience in nursing education an asset
• Three (3) years or equivalent hours of clinical practice experience in a relevant field of nursing
• Exemplary communication skills (written, oral and electronic)
• An understanding of and experience in the Canadian healthcare system
• Practicing membership with BCCNM
