We're Hiring : Solution Sales Representative 🚀
Do you want to be part of a VERY dynamic and fast-growing company that offers exciting challenges and career growth? Planiform is looking for a Solution Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our success in North America, with a focus on the USA.
Who We Are :
For over 50 years, Planiform has been a leader in designing, manufacturing, and installing automated conveyor systems for distribution centers and retail stores. Our solutions, including the HIVE and Carousel Pick Module (CPM), help optimize operations and improve efficiency for customers across the globe.
This is a remote job, with occasional travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events. Our headquarters is near Montreal, Canada, but our sales are primarily in the USA and Canada.
What You’ll Do :
As a Solution Sales Representative, you will :
- Generate and manage a strong sales funnel through networking, cold calling, and outreach.
- Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Showcase ROI benefits of our products, helping clients see the financial and operational advantages.
- Customize solutions to meet customer-specific automation needs.
- Assist in technical presentations and product demonstrations to support the sales process.
- Gather customer feedback to improve our products and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to stay ahead of industry advancements.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering (preferably in warehouse robotics or automation).
Strong lead generation & closing skills with a proven track record.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills—ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Proven active listening skills—understand clients needs and deliver exceptional service.
Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
Team player mindset—compensation includes a team-based performance component.
Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events.
A cheerful and curious personality—inquisitiveness is key to success!
