Compensation :   $75,000 -   90,000 base + performance bonus + commission + car allowance + fuel + benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow the Gatineau / Ottawa market . This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an under-penetrated territory, manage an existing book of business, and aggressively expand revenue within the residential and commercial contractor segment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and grow contractor and builder relationships across the territory
• Conduct on-site measurements / take-offs and validate quantities for project estimates
• Work closely with inside sales to ensure accurate and timely quotes / submissions
• Prospect and convert new business opportunities in a competitive, price-sensitive market
• Represent the company professionally and contribute to CRM adoption and reporting
