Job Title : Bilingual French Inside Sales Support Representative

Location : Remote - Ontario, Canada

Job Type : Regular Full-Time

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual French Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team remotely in Ontario, Canada. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing crucial support via phone, email, and live chat. Your ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both French and English, combined with your strong problem-solving skills, will be key to your success.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to manufacturer representatives, distributors, company sales representatives, consumers, and internal employees.
  • Efficiently process purchase orders, track shipments, and manage order inquiries.
  • Utilize various systems (JDE, web-based order management tools, shipment tracking / freight estimation tools) to manage orders and review supply / demand.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding product information, including key features, functionality, and benefits.
  • Communicate shipping options and customer-specific requirements for specialized services.
  • Apply knowledge of sales programs, including discounts and freight, when assisting customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on product bulletins, sales bulletins, and lead times.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of product warranties, spare parts, and components.
  • Collaborate with account analysts to ensure timely processing of claims.
  • Provide accurate, courteous, and timely responses to customer concerns, comments, and questions.
  • Proactively resolve product or service problems and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education :

  • Minimum : High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred : Some College experience.
  • Experience :

  • 2-3 years of customer service or inside sales support experience required.
  • Skills :

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications.
  • Exposure to a CRM tool or similar software is a plus.
