We are seeking a dynamic a Technical Sales Representative to maximize sales within a selected group of clientele and drive business growth with both existing and new accounts. This role will serve as a key liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Serve customers and prospects by identifying their needs and recommending relevant solutions to improve processes.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while aligning with the company’s core values.
- Leverage engineering expertise to influence customer decisions throughout the sales process.
Key Activities :
Cover the Southern Ontario region.Conduct on-site visits with prospects and customers with travel across the territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and key influencers to understand current and future requirements.Utilize a consultative sales approach to provide tailored solutions.Drive new business development while nurturing the existing customer base through organized sales calls.Effectively communicate product value to customers in Food and Beverage, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical markets.Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set targets and develop strategies for growth.Manage project pipelines from initial inquiry to production, ensuring timely follow-up and project success.Lead projects to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide market intelligence.Develop strong partnerships with engineering firms to support product specifications.Represent the company at trade shows, engage with attendees, and conduct educational events.Contribute to refining marketing messages and new product development initiatives.
