We are seeking a dynamic a Technical Sales Representative to maximize sales within a selected group of clientele and drive business growth with both existing and new accounts. This role will serve as a key liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve customers and prospects by identifying their needs and recommending relevant solutions to improve processes.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while aligning with the company’s core values.
  • Leverage engineering expertise to influence customer decisions throughout the sales process.

Key Activities :

  • Cover the Southern Ontario region.
  • Conduct on-site visits with prospects and customers with travel across the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and key influencers to understand current and future requirements.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive new business development while nurturing the existing customer base through organized sales calls.
  • Effectively communicate product value to customers in Food and Beverage, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical markets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set targets and develop strategies for growth.
  • Manage project pipelines from initial inquiry to production, ensuring timely follow-up and project success.
  • Lead projects to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide market intelligence.
  • Develop strong partnerships with engineering firms to support product specifications.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, engage with attendees, and conduct educational events.
  • Contribute to refining marketing messages and new product development initiatives.
