This is a true hunter role for a driven, competitive salesperson who enjoys being in the field, uncovering opportunities, and turning conversations into deals.

Own Your Territory: Build and manage your own pipeline across Nanaimo and Vancouver Island.
Prospect, visit customers, uncover opportunities, and develop your own book of business.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT HERE: Hunt for New Business: Proactively prospect, make cold outreach, visit customers, and open new doors across construction, industrial, and other key industries.
Sell Solutions: Understand customer needs and recommend the right compact construction equipment through sales or rentals solutions.
Win & Grow Accounts: Build long-term customer relationships, conduct equipment walkarounds and demonstrations, and turn opportunities into lasting business.
WHAT WE OFFER: Compensation: $70,000–$120,000+ earning potential with uncapped commission.
