We’re looking for people who have already run teams as an Executive and now want to return to the trenches, own a customer-facing surface end-to-end, and set the bar for what one person can build.Jean-Michel Lemieux, the former CTO of Shopify,

What you'd be doing 🛠️
- Owning a meaningful surface of Motion's product end-to-end and setting the quality bar by shipping it yourself.
- Using AI tooling to operate with the leverage of a whole team and helping shape how AI is used across the engineering organization.
- Raising the craft and velocity of the engineering team by example, not by managing it.

- A long track record of building and shipping software, including leading engineering organizations as a Founder, C-suite leader, VP, or Director, while remaining deeply hands-on.
- A development workflow already built around AI coding agents, where tools like Claude Code and Cursor are second nature.
