A role with Deloitte’s Indigenous Talent Strategy Centre of Excellence team is an opportunity to make an impact in shaping our firm for the future, starting with our most important assets, our people.

What will your typical day look like?

As part of Deloitte’s Indigenous Talent Strategy Centre of Excellence, you will play a key role in assisting in the execution of Deloitte Canada’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and Indigenous Talent Strategy based on the guiding commitments under the pillars of Education, Economic Empowerment, Employment, and Inclusion. This role will leverage your skills to develop, plan, engage, assess and manage Indigenous programs and policies in coordination with the team at Deloitte.
