  • Copies of degrees or certifications should be uploaded into the appropriate location under Requested Information in Bonfire. Alternatively, please identify where this information is located within the response.
  • 10 years' experience supporting or implementing pharmacy information systems in a clinical setting. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work totaling at least 10 years.
  • 10 years' experience liaising between clinical system users and external vendors to coordinate system trouble shooting, system resolutions, and enhancements. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work totaling at least 10 years.
  • 7 years' experience performing quality assurance or testing relating to clinical information systems. Experience should include planning testing activities, developing test scripts, and executing test scripts. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work totaling at least 7 years.
  • 7 years' of experience developing training plans and curriculum targeted at clinical users. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the projects or work totaling at least 7 years.
  • 5 years' experience developing and designing reports using Jaspersoft, Actuate, and SQL tools. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work totaling at least 5 years.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with a focus on effectively communicating complex project issues or technical concepts to non-project and non-technical stakeholders. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work totaling at least 5 years.
