Responsibilities :
Fleet and Operator Performance Management
- Ensure fleet management reports are updated monthly, accurately tracking performance metrics.
- Manage and oversee fleet technology and tracking systems to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Provide leadership and performance management for operators and operations staff, driving continuous improvement.
Oversee Capital and Operational Budget
Oversee the capital and operational budget for fleet and facilities, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.Provide accurate forecasting and proactively manage fleet-related expenses to maximize profitability.Fleet Utilization, Optimization, and Management
Monitor and optimize fleet utilization to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.Implement best practices and technologies for fleet managementOperational Planning and Alignment
Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies aligned with corporate growth goals.Ensure SOP’s are updated and followed by all.Operational Compliance
Ensure operations are conducted safely and comply with all relevant legislation and regulations.Promote a strong culture of safety and compliance across team.Tailgate Chair Responsibilities
Facilitate tailgate meetings, ensuring all operational incidents and issues are escalated and reported to Leadership Level 10 (L10).Follow up on operational challenges to ensure timely resolutions.LMA (Leadership, Management, Accountability)
Provide leadership to the operations team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and core values.Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities while fostering a high performance culture.Qualifications :
