Purpose of the Role :
Reporting to the Manager, Accounting Operations, you'll be responsiblefor partnering with our Payroll team to deliver a high-quality customer service experience to our employees. You will support the collection, processing and verification of payroll and timesheet data. This is a unique opportunity for you to support the growth of a purpose-driven organization in its mission to advance a sustainable future.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- You will bring a minimum of 2 years experience supporting payroll processes.
- You have an ability to use Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level, including formulas, filters, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables, to deliver detailed reporting and analytics.
- You have demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
- You have strong communication and customer service skills in daily interactions with employees and team members.
- You have continuously maintained a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll and employee information.
