Job descriptionPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Accounting or related field. Certification as a CHRP, or currently pursuing CHRP designation, is a definite asset. Minimum of 3 years of payroll and HR administration experience required, ideally in an engineering or technical services environment High sense of urgency and able to effectively manage multiple priorities Good verbal and written communication skills Good Influencing / negotiation skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Highly proficient computer skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Handle all confidential information with discretion and sensitivity High level of integrity, ethics and professionalism NETINT Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and strives to ensure that its hiring process meets the needs of all persons with disabilities. Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly payrolls for all salaried and hourly employees
- Prepare records of employment and T4s
- Facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Manage the administration of the HR system, assisting employees with queries
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive employee data
- Administer benefit enrollments and terminations
- Assist in preparing and analyzing the market salary survey data
- Administer employee stock option process
- Manage health and safety related programs to ensure a safe and secure work environment
- Assist in organizing employee events
- Assist in office administration and other duties assigned by manager
