Job description

The Production Worker is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by assembling, inspecting, and packaging automotive components in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet quality and safety standards, and flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as required. Production Workers play a key role in ensuring our client delivers high-quality products to its customers on time. Typical duties include operating basic production equipment, performing visual quality checks, following standardized work instructions, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a manufacturing setting. Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Manual Dexterity
  • Capable of lifting 25 – 50 lbs as required
  • Ability to follow work instructions, and safety procedures
  • Must be willing to submit to Criminal Background Check
  • Attention to detail
