Position Overview
Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily activities and assisting with the inventory control and reconciliation duties and functions under company policies and procedures. Duties include assisting with import documentation and data entry.
Responsibilities
Shipping & Warehouse Responsibilities
- Receive incoming wellness parts shipments
- Accurately stock received parts into designated storage bins, both physically and within the system
- Prepare outbound packages for shipment using UPS and FedEx platforms
- Assist with verification and confirmation of outbound orders
- Crosstrain with the Warehouse Supervisor to provide backup support as needed
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor on special project execution
- Serve as a lead warehouse team member, carrying out warehouse manager directives and processes
- Support periodic and annual inventory counts
- Create new bin locations for parts storage
- Bin to bin transfers for parts movements
- Location look up for inbound containers
- Inventory adjustments
