Overview
Commission Sales Representative role in Southern Ontario. We are recruiting 2 to 3 sales professionals for the Waterloo-Cambridge-Brantford region (1 person) and for the Burlington-Hamilton-Oakville through to Niagara and Mississauga regions. Experience in business-to-business sales, developing customer relationships, and an active interest in Human Resources, Safety, Training, and Risk Management is preferred. These vacancies are due to expansion and growth and present an opportunity to develop a sales career in the field of Human Resources and Risk Management.
Responsibilities
- Proactively place outgoing calls to potential customers with the goal of booking meetings.
- Attend potential client meetings to discuss our services and negotiate.
- Maintain a high level of product, company, and industry knowledge; actively promote the company brand.
- Work closely with the consulting team to build a positive team environment.
- Be mentored by management to develop knowledge and sales skills.
