Job descriptionYou have 2 years experience relating to fleet maintenance / service planning You have thorough knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written You have detailed working knowledge of planning and scheduling tools (MS Office Package Excel etc) You have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
As a Fleet Service Advisor you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service and maintenance activities and managing resources effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills technical knowledge and a commitment to safety. This is a fulltime permanent position MondayFriday from 6 : 00am2 : 30pm.
What youre responsible for :
- Ensuring resources are in place to perform the planned work (parts labour shop space etc.)
- Developing and communicating the weekly maintenance plan and creating work orders
- Ensuring open work orders meet required standard and status is kept up to date
- Maintaining maintenance records with current Service and PM status
- Coordinating with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely servicing and repairs
- Prioritizing equipment service based on usage condition and criticality
