Job description
Strategic Role at the Heart of the Customer Experience
Join a key player in the food retail sector, committed to offering an impeccable online shopping experience. We are looking for a bilingual, results-oriented professional to fill a strategic role at the intersection of data analysis, operations, and customer service.

Junior profiles and recent graduates with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply. This position offers a unique development opportunity in a rapidly growing sector.

Physical Location: Dedicated Online Grocery Store – Ville Saint-Laurent Hybrid Format: 4 days/week in the office

Specific Responsibilities: From Analysis to Customer Impact
This role supports the management of online operations and after-sales service, focusing on analytical rigor and continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Responsibilities
Analyze Customer Satisfaction Survey results to identify issues and recommend concrete solutions for improving the after-sales experience.

Ensure close monitoring of customer service performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.

Participate in the standardization and automation of data analysis processes.

Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to improve data quality and ensure that analyses support the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
2 to 3 years in a call center (or customer service environment)

1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis.

Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in MS Office software (Excel essential).

Proficiency in PowerBI and PowerAutomate.

Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data to generate tangible impacts.

Languages:
Bilingualism (oral and written) essential – Ability to interact with unilingual English-speaking employees, suppliers, or external partners and cover a territory that spans beyond Quebec and which requires communication with customers and clients who do not speak French
