Behaviour Interactive is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to maintain its current infrastructure and help design, plan, and implement a more scalable platform for our growing SaaS offering. You will serve as a technical expert, working directly with the Infrastructure Lead to deliver state-of-the-art solid and secured infrastructure, support, and connectivity. We’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in Windows Server, networking, VPNs, SAN, and cloud/SaaS platforms. If you're passionate about building reliable infrastructure and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. In this role you will :
  • Administer and maintain servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure across on‑premise and cloud environments.
  • Manage system access, authentication, and secure remote connectivity to ensure security and compliance.
  • Support cloud infrastructure for SaaS applications, including platform migrations and cloud modernization initiatives.
  • Provide Tier 3/escalation support for complex technical issues, including performance troubleshooting, and participate in an on‑call rotation to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and highly available solutions for internal and client systems, while mentoring junior administrators.
  • Evaluate, test, and implement new tools and technologies, contributing to automation and continuous improvement efforts.
What we're looking for :
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or related infrastructure roles, with the ability to serve as Tier 3/escalation support and resolve complex issues.
  • Deep expertise with Windows Server ( and later), including upgrades, migrations, and enterprise‑scale administration.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with virtualization and cloud platforms, including VMware ESXi, Azure, AWS, and enterprise storage solutions (Nimble, HPE Qumulo).
  • Solid networking fundamentals with practical experience managing HPE Aruba switching and firewall platforms (Fortinet or equivalent).
  • Experience with authentication and identity services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SAML), along with scripting or automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.
  • Collaborative, team‑oriented professional with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a positive approach to problem‑solving.
