This isn’t just another job – it’s a chance to grow with an organization that’s shaping communities across Ontario through thoughtfully designed, sustainable developments. With a legacy of excellence in building vibrant mixed-use and master-planned communities, our client is now assembling an elite site team for their latest large-scale post-secondary project at Trent University .
About You
- You’re a self-starter who thrives under pressure and takes initiative on-site
- You’ve got demonstrable experience with commercial, institutional, or large-scale multi-residential projects
- You bring a passion for success , and it shows in the way you drive results, motivate trades, and keep things moving safely and efficiently
- You’re a team collaborator , able to communicate effectively with project managers, trades, consultants, and owners alike
- You’re open to commuting to Peterborough , where this major build is already underway
