Your Role as Applications & Data Lead:

  • Setting the direction by developing and evolving JLR’s enterprise applications and data strategy, governance framework, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensuring trust and compliance through strong data governance, enterprise architecture planning, and oversight of regulatory and industry requirements.
  • Leading operations by overseeing enterprise applications and data platforms, including lifecycle management, data pipelines, quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Partnering across the business as a subject matter expert, working closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and JLR leaders to align priorities.
  • Building capability and culture by mentoring JLR team members, managing vendors, and championing a data‑driven mindset across the organization.
