M TNEI TRANGA MAHI ABOUT THE ROLE

Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoa are looking for anopen minded empathetic and professional Medical Receptionist to work across our Newmarket and Takapunaclinics. This role is 22.5 hours per week to be worked as follows :

Monday 8.30am 5.00pm Takapuna

Tuesday 8.15pm 3.15pm Newmarket

Wednesday 8.15pm 4.15pm Newmarket

Saturday 9am 1.00pm as per roster

Our Medical Receptionists begin and conclude the client experience. They make our clients feel welcome safe and respected from the moment they enter our clinics to the moment they leave. Our Medical Receptionists are warm empathetic and understand the significance of client confidentiality.

To be considered for the role you will ideally have :

• Strong interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone.
• An ability to handle and balance a fastpaced work environment.
• Alignment with our Kaupapa and an interest in diversity inclusion and equity.
• Punctual reliable and flexible.
• Previous reception experience would be an advantage.
