KRGinsure is currently looking for a Receptionist to join our Kitchener branch. This is a full-time position where you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and supporting a variety of administrative tasks. Must be available to work onsite, Monday to Friday, from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM. The position will include, but not be limited to, the following duties : Provide high quality customer service to Clients via email, phone and in person Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls, and provide basic information when needed Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc. Process direct bill reconciliations Accept insurance payments from clients, and provide them with a receipt The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications : Excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette and professional appearance Be dependable, organized, and a team player Strong attention to detail Sound computer skills Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure High school graduate diploma A working knowledge of EPIC would be considered an asset Why Join Us : We offer an attractive compensation package and commission incentives.
