Speech Language Pathologist – SE Health

Position Summary

SE Health Speech Language Pathologists are the best of the best. We provide person‑centered care, using a client‑centered approach to address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs. You’ll make a difference in their lives and in yours.

Sign‑on Bonus

Up to $5,000.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments
  • Formulate goals and recommendations
  • Plan and implement client‑centered, goal‑directed treatment programs
  • May include participation in our Aphasia program

  • Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program and member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • Recent experience managing patients in acute / rehab, community‑based rehabilitation, or similar settings.
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self‑directed, able to work effectively with interdisciplinary team.
  • Sound knowledge of community resources (asset).
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive work and attendance record essential.
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications.
  • Hybrid work approach : able to work remotely and with clients in their settings.
