Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, or related fields; P.Eng. designation is preferred. Opportunity Overview : This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing fire engineering team in Canada. We are seeking a Senior Code Consultant with a strong background in building code consulting and fire safety engineering.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership : Lead projects and provide expertise in building code compliance and fire safety engineering practices.
- Business Development : Cultivate client relationships and identify opportunities for growth in fire engineering and building code compliance services.
- Project Management : Manage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.
- Alternative Solutions : Develop performance-based alternative solutions and facilitate their approval process.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and guide junior staff, contributing to their professional development and growth.
