• Job Description
• Assemble and test hydrauliccomponents
• Observe instructions and regulations relating to environmental protection when carrying out assigned duties
• Notify supervisor of any deviations
• Maintaintools and equipment through preventative maintenance activities.
• Recommend and implementvalue added changes to processes.
• Cross-trainon other functions within the team.
• Maintaina clean and safe work environment with daily cleaning (5S) activities.
• Performother essential and related peripheral duties as assigned by Team Leader and Group Leader.
• Qualifications
• 1 -2years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment
• College Diploma in Fluid Power Technology or equivalent considered an asset
• General knowledge of hydraulic components, including mounting and operation
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics.
• High school diploma is required
• Motivate the assembly group through effective service to all key stakeholders
• Quality oriented with good communication skills
• Organized, ability to multi-task with a strong customer service orientation
• A team player, motivated, self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervision or in a group environment
