- Job Description
- Assemble and test hydrauliccomponents
- Observe instructions and regulations relating to environmental protection when carrying out assigned duties
- Notify supervisor of any deviations
- Maintaintools and equipment through preventative maintenance activities.
- Recommend and implementvalue added changes to processes.
- Cross-trainon other functions within the team.
- Maintaina clean and safe work environment with daily cleaning (5S) activities.
- Performother essential and related peripheral duties as assigned by Team Leader and Group Leader.
- Qualifications
- 1 -2years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment
- College Diploma in Fluid Power Technology or equivalent considered an asset
- General knowledge of hydraulic components, including mounting and operation
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics.
- High school diploma is required
- Motivate the assembly group through effective service to all key stakeholders
- Quality oriented with good communication skills
- Organized, ability to multi-task with a strong customer service orientation
- A team player, motivated, self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervision or in a group environment
- Additional Information
- The candidate must have valid Canadian work authorization.
