Job descriptionPlan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest). Develop and execute social media campaigns that highlight new communities, homes, customer testimonials, and industry trends. Engage with audiences, respond to comments / messages, and grow community engagement. Work with team to create visually appealing content, including reels, videos, and infographics. Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy based on insights. Develop and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing, community updates, and promotional offers. Write compelling email copy and work with the team to create engaging templates. Segment email lists and track campaign performance to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions. Design social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, brochures, and signage that align with brand guidelines. Work with internal teams to develop marketing collateral for communities and promotions. Edit and enhance photos, and design visually compelling content. Maintain and organize a digital asset library of brand images and marketing materials. Assist with website content updates, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events as needed. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives. Track and report on key marketing metrics, making recommendations for improvement. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management. A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience in blog writing and social media content creation. Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hubspot, etc.). Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot). Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus. A passion for homebuilding, design, and community storytelling.
