Flexovit Canada Abrasives Ltd is seeking an energetic, proactive, and results-oriented Sales Professional for the province of Alberta . The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new prospect customers and cultivating new accounts while strategically collaborating with our partner distributors in cross-selling existing accounts.
The position will require approximately 50% of travel
Key responsibilities will include :
- Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase to deal closure.
- Research and analyze sales options and identify business opportunities.
- Serve as point of contact for customers and answer service-related questions.
- Reach or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities within your existing clientele.
- Generate new business opportunities by making "Cold Calls".
- Develop and maintain productive and positive business relationships with all partner distributors, clients, and prospects.
- Work closely with marketing team to develop promotions for the territory.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager, report major opportunities to work on as well as reviewing sales monthly.
Required qualifications :
Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales focusing on adding value to your customer's process.Excellent presentation and communication skill with proven persuasive power.First-rate computer skills, telephone etiquette, and work ethic.Able to work with people at all levels of an organizationSelf-motivated with strong business acumen, good time management, and task prioritization skills.Proven ability to work "alone", must be dedicated and immersed in the work.This position offers :
