MANAGER, MARKETING

Lead the localization and go-to-market strategy and execution for great product launches and make an impact on a growing business!

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, Brand and Western Communities Foundation, as the Marketing Manager you are responsible for managing overall marketing activities and long-term marketing strategies.

Acknowledging the direct connection between employee and customer experience, we are responsible for supporting enterprise initiatives that guide our people in all aspects of work enablement, performance, and well-being while creating strategies and initiatives to support our brand reputation and enterprise revenue-driving activities.

Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Managing and facilitating marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with sales activities based on national, regional, and local market needs and marketing budgets
  • Creating and publishing marketing material including planning and execution across multiple channels
  • Conducting market research and analysis, presenting findings and making recommendations
  • Driving end-to-end lifecycle strategies and campaigns across the customer journey and customer segments
  • Using data to inform decision making, leveraging insights to define and pivot on strategies to build effective marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Leveraging research, competitive analysis, customer-first thinking, and best practices to differentiate our value proposition, products, and services in the market
  • Developing quarterly and annual plans that help acquire, grow, and retain business
  • Leading development and implementation of marketing automation technology to improve workflows and the customer journey and support product growth with existing customers
  • Leading key customer retention and engagement strategies to deepen relationships and build value
  • Acting as the product marketing leader with internal business partners, being at the table for product and program creation, delivery and sales
  • Managing fluctuating marketplace needs and priority items with agility
  • Working with the internal business partners to ensure they are receiving value
  • Building, driving and sustaining an engaged, high-performance team

The value you bring

  • 8-10 years of marketing experience in direct-to-consumer businesses
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences
  • Excellent negotiation techniques, result-oriented, strong visioning and good judgment skills
  • Ability to execute sophisticated precision marketing plans with a data-driven approach
  • A wealth of industry knowledge including current trends, consumer packaged goods and retailer information, business philosophies, and advanced analytics Knowledge
