We are seeking a dynamic, well-spoken individual with experience or interest in the medical field, who understands sales and marketing and can represent our clinic professionally in the community.
Requirements :
Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
Comfortable driving primarily in the east side and occasionally throughout the GTA
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge or interest in healthcare / medical services is an asset
Self-motivated, organized, and professional
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and research potential referral sources including medical clinics, wellness centers, rehabilitation facilities, and allied health providers
Reach out to medical offices to introduce our clinic’s services and explore partnership opportunities
Educate clinic staff and practitioners about what we offer and how referring to us benefits their patients
Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, or in-person visits to maintain and grow referral relationships
Schedule and attend outreach meetings (e.g., coffee / lunch meetups) to build rapport and trust
Distribute brochures and promotional materials to medical offices and healthcare providers
Assist in organizing presentations or lunch-and-learns at clinics and medical offices
Maintain a detailed outreach log including contacts, visits, and feedback
Collaborate with the internal team on marketing initiatives targeting healthcare professionals
Attend community healthcare events and represent the clinic when needed
