Responsibilities
- Manage the sales pipeline : From prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals, you'll oversee the entire sales process with strategic insight and efficiency.
- Provide leadership : Guide and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Analyze sales metrics : Monitor and optimize sales performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize profitability.
- Enhance guest experience : Ensure customers receive exceptional service throughout their dealership journey.
- Inventory management : Oversee vehicle purchases and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Operational involvement : Be hands-on in daily operations, directly supporting and guiding the sales team.
- Marketing and sales events : Plan and execute monthly events aligned with factory programs and inventory to achieve retail sales objectives.
- Drive profitability : Develop and implement strategies to enhance dealership profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate across departments : Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall dealership efficiency.
