• Keep Us Running Smoothly : Perform routine maintenance and prevent unexpected downtime with your keen eye for detail.
• Solve Problems on the Fly : Your troubleshooting skills will be put to the test as you diagnose and fix hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
• Precision & Perfection : Whether installing pipework, aligning gears, or replacing bearings, your work will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards.

• Experience Matters : With 5-8 years in an industrial or manufacturing environment, you know your way around heavy-duty machinery.
• Certified Professional : You hold a Red Seal certification as a Millwright / Industrial Mechanic and have completed a recognized apprenticeship.
• Problem-Solver & Team Player : You’re not just good at what you do—you’re great at communicating, collaborating, and finding solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Savvy : Your ability to read blueprints, work in confined spaces, and handle complex machinery makes you an invaluable asset.
• Proficient and comfortable operating machinery to lift and move heavy equipment
